Kerykeion LLC ("Company," "we," "us") provides M.E.X. — market exposure structural data — as a derived data streaming service ("Service"). The Service is designed for informational and analytical research purposes only. Nothing in the Service constitutes investment advice, a trading signal, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. All trading decisions are made solely at your own risk.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Each subscription is for individual use only — sharing credentials or API keys is prohibited.
During the beta period, full access to the Service is provided at no cost. Following the beta period, the Service will be offered on subscription and one-time access plans. Upon registration outside the beta period, a free tier with delayed data is available. Applicable pricing is confirmed at checkout before any charge is made.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") as Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's terms and privacy policy. Applicable taxes are calculated and handled by Paddle.
Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting us.
Refunds are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record, in accordance with our Refund Policy and Paddle's buyer terms. All refund requests should be submitted through Paddle.
EU/EEA consumers retain the statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of initial purchase, unless the Service has been fully performed with your prior express consent.
You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly reproduce any data obtained through the Service. API keys and access credentials are for your sole use. Automated scraping, bulk extraction, or any use that places unreasonable load on the Service infrastructure is prohibited. Each subscription entitles a single individual to access the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, at a time determined by the Company. Refunds upon termination, if applicable, are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. We are not obligated to disclose the specific reason for termination.
All data is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no representations regarding accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any particular purpose. Market data is derived and may differ from source exchange data. We are not responsible for any trading losses or financial damages arising from use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the most recent calendar month. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via a notice on the Service. Continued use following the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
