Kerykeion LLC ("Company," "we," "us") operates kerykeion.io. This policy describes what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.
Account data: When you register, we collect your email address and account credentials. Email confirmation is required to activate your account.
Payment data: Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") as Merchant of Record. We do not store your payment card details. Paddle collects and processes billing information in accordance with their own privacy policy.
Usage data: When you access the Service, we log your IP address, the symbols and endpoints you query, timestamps, and client version. This data is used to operate and secure the Service and to detect abuse.
Technical data: Standard server logs may capture request metadata including IP addresses and response codes.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling for third parties, or any purpose unrelated to operating the Service.
Paddle: Processes payments and manages subscription billing as our Merchant of Record. Paddle may collect and store billing information independently. See Paddle's Privacy Policy.
Cloudflare: Provides hosting, CDN, and DDoS protection. Cloudflare processes request data in accordance with their privacy policy.
Resend: Delivers transactional emails. Your email address is shared with Resend solely for this purpose.
We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Account data is retained for the duration of your account and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations. Usage logs are retained for up to 90 days. Payment records are retained as required by applicable tax law.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you. EU/EEA and UK residents have additional rights under GDPR and UK GDPR. California residents have rights under CCPA.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted data transmission (TLS), hashed API credentials, and access controls. No system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email or via a notice on the Service. Continued use following the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
