Refund Policy

All payments for the Kerykeion data service are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") as Merchant of Record. Paddle is the legal seller of record for all transactions.

Pro-Rated Refunds

If you cancel a subscription, unused days are refunded on a pro-rated basis. Refunds are processed by Paddle in accordance with the Paddle Buyer Terms.

EU / EEA Statutory Right of Withdrawal

EU and EEA consumers retain the statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of initial purchase, unless the Service has been fully performed with your prior express consent.

How to Request a Refund

All refund requests are handled by Paddle. To submit a request, visit paddle.net or use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your purchase confirmation email.
